How it works

• Employer onboards on the Platform
• Employer on-boards their staff on their
• Onboarded staff downloads the app and links their Mobile Money and Bank Account.
• Track earnings: The app displays real-time accrued wages based on hours and days worked.
• Request an advance: Before payday, you can request to withdraw a portion of your earned wages. The money is typically transferred to your bank account or mobile money account
• Repay on payday: On your payday, the app automatically deducts the amount you borrowed, plus any associated fees, from your paycheck.
